| johnnytheboy's Full Review: Sony Ericsson KF-788 Cell Phone |
what a fantastic little package, this small little parcel is something not to be reckoned with. Features such as call waiting, ringer details, menu design, divert data, fax and line, sms, speech to fax and so on. Little to people know how little reception the antenna picks up and how on a very rare occation you actually get full signal strength.
This little lemon, not only lacks in signal strength, but battery time is appauling, even its standby time is less than 12 hours. It appears that the battery (that acts as the back of the phone) gets extremely hot, if you use it continually for more than 15 minutes.
With the snub nose antenna and the hard case for the phone, the lack of flexibilty for it to be utilised for a pocket phone is far from the truth. With no flexibility in the antenna it is sure to snap off sooner or later and if your really unlucky the casing may go as well. So with all the money you saved on signing up fees will come in extra casing and antennas.
Looks good on paper though
