Switching from analog service to digital service was the best thing I ever have done. Call quality is much improved. Ericsson's KF788 has many features I have never seen available on any other cell phones like, Auto prefix, auto area code, editable text messaging, a sophisticated call restriction menu and 2 voice mail boxes. I love the size and weight. It easily fits in my pocket without me knowing it is there. It has a built in vibrating call feature in which you can set the phone up to vibrate instead of ring. A lot of times I use my cell phone as my primary source of communication and it seems to ring more than my office line. Ericsson provides a desk top solution which is fantastic. The phone sits in its desk top charger and a portable hands free device plugs into the back of the charger. No matter how much I use it in this method I don't have to worry about using up the battery and I am not constantly holding it up to my head. I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants something very small or is a heavy cell phone user.
