Though your review was well written... (Reply to this comment)

...I know that no $20 earbuds are of anywhere near audiophile quality. Read my review of the MDR-ED268LP Groove earbuds (the ones in the green package with yellow lettering), and you will notice that I'm comparing them as if they were those full-size DJ headphones that are crappy and overpriced, but the Groove buds' price is what those so-called "DJ" headphones are really worth.

Oh dear, you said the word audiophile...
You said the word audiophile in a review for $20 headphones :)
I'm not going to go ballistic, but I can hardly see how those headphones are of audiophile quality.
I'd like to know the frequency range on those things; not to mention the type of copper (surely not Ultra-High Purity Long Crystal oxygen free copper), or the driver matching. Or noise canceling, any of that?
I owned a pair of sony earbuds one time myself. They cost me about $40, and I quickly replaced them with my $120 Grado SR-125s that I'm using now. And I have a pair of $550+ Grado RS-1 headphones on order as I'm writing this.
I don't mean to brag, or go crazy at you, but I just don't know if audiophile is the correct term to use for these little walk-about phones.
Otherwise, this review is well-written, and I'm certain that it will help people out, but if they really want to read about audiophile headphones, they know where to look.
