bmc510scrdgale's Full Review: Sony Walkman NW-ZS615F (2 GB) Digital Media Player
I purchased this unit after returning a SanDisk 2 GB player that had a horrible user interface. When I loaded my mp3 files onto it; they played in 'slow motion'- no joke! The Sony unit is easy to use right out of the package, sounds and looks great, and I got it for only $75. The iPods seem a bit overpriced to me. Although they may have a larger video screen, I primarily use this for music, not videos, so the larger screen is not much of an advantage for me. I love the 'Bass Boost' feature on the equalizer function! Sony has a reputation for quality and it is well earned. I've only had it for a month but the battery life has been outstanding, the sound quality is very good even with the included earbuds (which don't fit very well and easily fall out), and (I know I am repeating myself but...) it is very easy to use! You could easily figure out how to operate and load your mp3 files onto it without the user's guide! I honestly can't comment on the video functions since I haven't used them, but the screen does seem to be sharp and crisp.
