Summary:
Playstation move and Sports Champions is an incredibly fun game, the controls are excellent, the eye camera can be used for many games, and you get a great workout! Hyper kids will almost certainly burn themselves out on this thing. 
If you've ever tried the Wii, you know the frustration of missed commands, incorrect interpretations of your movements, and a general lack-luster experience. Playstation move is everything you dreamed Wii would be when it was first annouced. You can control fine movements like top spin and slice in ping pong, flight angle in disc golf (frisbee golf), and more. I do miss bowling and golf, but in their place we are given many different modes of play in 6 different sports, which provide a great depth to the game, and lots of replay factor.

I have nothing bad to say about PS Move and Sports Champions. If you enjoy sports, you will enjoy Playstation Move. You'll have some fun with friends, and all the while get a great workout. With Wii you could trick the controller to interpret a flick of the wrist, as a complete golf swing, or similar. Not Playstation Move. Its realistic, and accurate. Yes, that means more work, but the payoff is the feeling of actually playing the sport, and not just tricking a finnicky controller for a video game. Plus, all the moving around, jumping, and swinging, will get your blood flowing and your sweat dripping - if you want to win at all costs :) It's a great workout.

Setup - One plug, and done.
You only need to pop in the game, and plug in the camera. The controllers, happily, come already charged. If you've ever had to suppress your excitment over a new gadget while it charged for 3 hours, you know the gratifying feeling of being able to simply open the box and play immediately. You only need one controller per person, and the playstation eye camera that comes in the bundle is not just for Playstation Move games, but can be used for other games as well. So, you get quite a lot for your money.
  

Controls - Amazingly accurate and realistic
As I'm sure you are aware, the controller uses your actual movements to control the game's action. I used to play lots of ping pong during breaks at my old job, so naturally, after pluggin in the PS3 Eye camera, the first thing I tried was Table Tennis. I was IMMEDIATELY adding top spin and slice to my hits. There was 0 learning curve. With Wii you have to find the movement which provides the desired response in the games - it was finnicky and inaccurate. With PS Move, your motions are very accurate. So, if you're the type that your frisbee lurches sharply to the side the second you throw it - this will also happen to you in Sports Champions. It's not because the game is bad, it's because the motions are very realistic and it will actually respond like a real frisbee. If you are a pro, though, you will still be able to employ those little trick-shots you've learned.

Games - A good mix for players of all skills, interests, and ages.
Sports Champions features Bocce Ball, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Archery, Sword combat, and Disc Golf. The games are competitive and challenging. The head-to-head aspect gives you more play types than you would expect, and more possible strategies than you get in other similar games. In Bocce ball, for instance, you might choose to simply perfect your own game, or simply destroy the opponents game. In Table tennis, maybe your opponent is weak to backhand slice. Maybe short slams always catch you off guard, can you dig it? It's all there, and you'll have a blast.

Overall - Fun games, great for groups, and a real workout - no joke!
