I bought it from PCMall for $109. Took it out of the box and was impressed with it's looks albeit a little on the big side. It's slightly larger than a cd case. It looks great on the coffee table and I'm sure it will be conversation piece.
Out of the box and up in running with macros in 30 minutes!
I have the following: Denon AVR-2802, Mitsubishi 46" HDTV, Samsung P-scan DVD, Xbox, Motorola digital cable. All of these components (not xbox) were preprogrammed into the remote as shipped and almost all the important common functions worked perfectly. I've got plenty of room for growth since this controls up to 18 devices.
I had to teach the remote a few commands but that was a snap. The custom labels are a great feature for these commands as well. I wish the "fixed labels" could be customized but I guess if you really need that then get a Pronto. Good luck programming it though!
The Touchscreen is clear and bright and works great. I wish it had a protective cover since fingerprints show up easily.
The manual is wordy but understandable and the remote's intuitiveness makes up for the manual.
Programming/learning couldn't have been any easier. Very quick too!
Setting up macros to power everything on/off or to utilize components based on activity (ie play cd) was painfree and trouble free. Everything worked on the 1st try. In some cases you may need to add some delay between commands but that was easy too.
This is a fantastic device and for $109 you cannot go wrong.
