Doesnt work with their own Home Theater?

Pros: Macros are powerful, but not the best. channel and volume are conventional buttons.
Cons: Does not work well with home theaters, even Sony's DAVC 770.
The Bottom Line: I would only reccommend it to someone who would be able to take advantage of the macros, and was not interested in controling a home theater/DVD player.

Either the remote doenst work well with their own home theaters, or their customer support is horrible. I have tried the Sony website extensively for information, as well as the manual, but there is no information on getting it to control a hybrid device that runs a variety of functions. I am not interested in teaching it all of the functions of the home theater. What a waste.
