Pros: Best looking screen I've ever seen.
Cons: Sucks batteries like nothing I've ever seen.
The Bottom Line: Average computing power, above average price, excellent screen -- a great computer, if the screen is important to you.

A good laptop, for a price.
The picture is great -- the TFT UXGA 16.1" screen is superior to my 17" tube-monitor on my desktop. No kidding, this screen competes with my HDTV in many ways (not size and aspect ratio, of course -- but picture quality).
However, the processor is somewhat slow for it's cpu speed. Not terrible, but slower than it should be. There should have been a built in wireless Internet card at the price, or a DVD burner.
And then there is the battery. Just one. Unless you want to replace your CD/DVD drive with a second battery -- though with no CD/DVD drive and no wireless card the GRX would be reduced to a less-than-functional desktop replacement, wouldn't it? Anyway, back to the one battery. It will last about a whopping 75 minutes unless you dim the screen down to the point that you can't read or see anything.
So you better either get used to carrying the power box/kit around, or buy two of them -- one for the home, one for the office ($250 each).
