You put in 3 capfuls for regular size tub and 1 capful for baby bathtub, and swirl with hand to distribute evenly. As soon as we put Jordan in the bathtub we could see her stuffed up nose clearing up. With its gentle vapors of rosemary, eucalyptus, and menthol it soothed her enough that when I took her out of the tub and after getting her dressed she fell asleep within minutes, and sleep so peacefully the whole night.

I have even started used it on occasions to help Jordan relax before bedtime, even when Jordan isn't sick.
