MY EXPERIENCE
Last winter I was looking for nice snow boots for my third grader. He loves playing in the snow and sledding even when it is quite cold so I needed boots that would keep his toes warm and the snow out. After browsing several brands I ended up getting these and my oldest pretty much lived in them outside all the winter months.
I dug them out again this fall and wiped them out and to my surprise they still looked almost like new and fit perfect for his younger brother. Any shoe that survives the whole season with my oldest without falling apart MUST be well made. Most of his sneakers fall apart in few months, he is not exactly gentle on his shoes..
I was so pleased that I ended up buying another pair for him and smaller (pink) pair for their little sister. I love that there is several colors to choose from so everyone instantly knows which pair of boots is whose. Beautiful colors too. Even my kindergarten age daughter can pull these boots easily on and off and the fleecelining stays put better than some others they had.
These boots are high enough without being overly heavy and clumsy so snow stays out but kids still can run around in them without tripping on their face. Just a great quality boots!

PRODUCT FEATURES
* Ripstorm upper is water and wind resistant
* Temperature rated to -25 degrees Fahrenheit
* Removeable washable recycled felt Inner Boot
* Traction enhancing multi-directional non-marking outsole
* Built-in gaiter bootie with bungee drawstring and barrel lock enclosure for deep snow
These boots are also great on a slushy conditions, they truly ARE water resistant! And my kids stay out longer without complaining about cold toes which makes me happy! I washed the fleecelining from the boots once last year and it stayed in its original shape amazingly well. Also the bottom is heavy-duty, after one season of use no wear and tear to mention! My kids toes do not sweat on these boots either.
