Have had nothing but problems with our Spring Air. Will never buy again.

We purchased another brand mattress we really liked. We didn't keep it as it developed a musty smell within two days after it arrived. The store did replace it three times, but all had the same smell so our money was refunded. We were among many who had this problem.
Now we were in need of a mattress and went to a Spring Air store April 26, 2008. The first mattress we bought felt wonderful in the store. Within one week the mattress had a huge dent in it. I had my son lay on it and he looked like he was laying in a hammock. We returned to the store, told them of our dilemma and we were told because of my weight we were put in the wrong bed. I was insulted. When the sales/delivery persons picked up the mattress they said yes it is faulty. Okay so now we pick one out for a heavy person at the owner's recommendation. Guess what? Within two nights of sleeping on it, you guessed it, the mattress started to sag. The store owner treated us very unprofessionally when we returned to tell him of our problem. Now all of a sudden it was
our fault for picking out the wrong mattress again when he was the one who recommended the mattress that should have been sold to us the first time. He said he would not return our money and that a factory rep would have to look at the mattress. Now we are waiting on the factory rep to contact us.
Due to the sagging mattress I went to a doctor with back problems. The doctor asked what in the name of heaven I was sleeping on. Our advice to anyone thinking of buying this mattress is don't. Save yourself a lot of headaches.
