At first, I thought I had found the perfect mattress. It was soft and cushy, yet offered very good support. Two years later, my wife and I would sink six to eight inches into the mattress. We finally broke down and called store we bought it from. They gave us Sping Air's phone number. I called Spring Air and they told me to call the store. After about two weeks my replacement mattress arrived. It was obviously a "second" mattress being it had many material flaws and stains on it. Needless to say, after only two months, this mattress is worse than the first. I'm on my way to the store now to see about another replacement.
