Pros: Great comfort, great support, and so far, great reliability.
Cons: Too thick for my sheets, need to buy new ones.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for comfort and support, especially from a quality parent company such as Chattham & Wells.

| docwisdom's Full Review: Spring Air Back Supporter Mattress |
I read thousands of reviews on many different brands while I was shopping for a new mattress. I can therefore understand why people have given some bad reviews to this mattress and some good. It seems that with any company, buying a new mattress is a gamble. With each manufacturer and model, some people love it, some hate it. My only recommendation is to keep warranty in mind, it may just save you a lot of money
My previous mattress lasted me 20 years and I think my back is evidence. I knew that I would need something that would give me more support for my lower back as well as hold up for the next 10-15 years hopefully.
I have had the mattress for about a month now and I love every time I climb in. I purchased the queen size with euro top. It has great support for my lower back as well as side support for sitting on the edge of the mattress. The euro top model is very comfortable and isnt too soft to degrade the quality of the back support springs. I have rotated the mattress twice now and it is pretty simple even by myself.
The only con about this mattress is that it is really thick with the euro top and my sheets arent tall enough to stretch down to the box spring. I know that there are a lot companies out there now who are making taller sheets, I have yet to pick up a pair.
Oh yeah, sometimes I can notice the quilting in the top of the mattress.
