I bought this mattress because a friend suggested I try it. She had been using it for about a year and thought it really was helping her back. I bought the queen size. I have been using it for about two years. I would characterize the overall quality of this mattress as excellent. It is firm but not "rock hard". It has a beautiful quilted covering of very good quality. I like to sleep in different positions and this mattress really is comfortable whether I'm sleeping on my side, back or stomach. The only negative thing I can think of to say about this mattress is that it has to be turned or flipped often. This really needs to be done because I can tell a difference afterwards. I have taken care to follow the instructions and after two years my mattress still feels and looks as good as new.
