Pros: Sprint is more patient with late payments than Comcast, Mervyns and Walmart.
Cons: Less coverage than Verizon. Poor customer service. Insurance is a joke.

I'm so happy my Sprint contract is over. I've been a Sprint customer for over 15 years, back when cell phones were the size of a shoe. Sprint always gave new customers the best deals and treated their long standing customers poorly. The employees in the stores were never helpful with getting me a more cost effective plan. I was lied to about a free phone I qualified for. Sprint said to me over the phone they'd only subtract minutes from my current plan with the second (free) phone and when the bill came I had so many extra charges I hit the roof. Then they wanted to charge me an early termination fee for shutting of the second phone. Sprint was very caring to find a better plan for me and offered a discount to me on several occassions when my contract was close to ending. Thanks but, no thanks. Oh yeah, If you're ever in the Almaden Valley traveling down Almaden expressway, watch your phone go to digital roam soon as you reach Mcabee and beyond. Not so with Verizon.
