| five_4_fightin's Full Review: Sprint Mobile Phone Service in San Francisco/San J... |
I am currently a VERY unhappy Boost/Sprint customer. For more than 6 months I have had poor to no service, on both the voice and messaging platforms. When I call customer support to inquire about or report my problems I get an extreme; either very nice or very rude. In all cases when I report a problem or ask if my service is working I get the same response: “What area are you in? Oh yes, we are showing an outage in that area. The problem will be cleared up anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days."
I am currently looking at Verizon and AT&T plans and am very close to selecting one. I am looking forward to; 1) Actually getting text messages and/or getting text messages a few minutes after they are sent to me. 2) Getting only one copy of the text message sent to me. 3) People receiving my text messages and/or getting the text message a few minutes after I send them. 4) Getting voice mails.
I am in the San Francisco/San Jose area (which I had to tell Customer Service was in California) and my usage of the system is; 5 cell phone calls and 15 text messages per week.
