Use
The pouch actually contains .6 fl ounce of the concentrated product. The pouch also serves as your cup. You simply tear off the top of the “fast pack” at the perforation and then fill the pouch up with water. You drink and throw away the pouch.
What I know
The product is an electrolyte replacement drink that is designed to rehydrate, and recharge you body either before or after dehydration occurs.
The product mixes well in the pouch when water is introduced. I’ve also poured two pouches in a typical 12 ounce cup and filled with water.
There are many flavors of the product.

My Experience
I work in a manufacturing environment where the weather is very seasonal. There are parts of our mill that are not climate controlled. We started ordering these for the employees while out on the floor. They can easily be filled with our portable water coolers.
These have been a big hit. We’ve ordered 5 different flavors and plan on ordering a few more to find out what people like. The Fruit Punch and Grape flavors seem to be the favorites around here. They are super easy to use and really do provide that “pick me up” that you need after being out in the heat all day.
I’ve since bought some for the house and carry them with me when I’m running or out playing ball away from the house. They are thin and don’t weigh anything so they are easy to carry, even in your running shorts.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone that might be working in the heat. They definitely have been a hit around here in the summer.
