| windhorse23's Full Review: Starbucks Starbucks Aroma Thermal Brewer |
My husband brought this coffee pot home one day. I think he was impressed with the appearance and he is one who likes to sip from the pot all day. The carafe on this coffeepot has a feature that keeps the coffee warm for a long time. But that's the problem: it's WARM, not hot, not even the first cup.
The machine is a little different from other automatic drip coffeemakers. The water compartment is removable, so you can fill it more easily, without having to deal with dripping water down the back of the appliance. You also have to make sure the button on the top of the carafe is pushed down or the coffee brew and just sits in the filter. I've done that on more occasions than I care to count, and I find it frustrating, not helpful.
Other than that, this appliance is basically like any other drip coffeemaker. It just costs a lot.
