Pros: Does offer less pressure points over conventional inter-spring mattress.
Cons: Does not offer proper support, especially when sleeping with a partner. Major hammocking effect.
The Bottom Line: The Supple-Pedic felt great when I tried it at the dealer showroom and held up for about 6 months before it started to hammock big time.

| gme109's Full Review: Strobel Supple Pedic Visco Foam/Spring Mattresses ... |
Ok I've lived with this mattress for over a 1 1/2 now and it's time to let the cat out of the bag. I've tried to work things out with my dealer http://www.innomax.com/ and with the manufacture http://www.strobel.com/mattresses.htm and although they have made attempts to satisfy me, I'm stuck with a $1,500 mattress that's killing my back! They've replaced the lousy Supple-Pedic foam foundation that came with the mattress with a firm foundation. This did help reduce the sagging that was occurring, but not much. I then went out on my own and replaced the low density piece of polyurethane foam used to make up the bottom 1/3 of the mattress with a higher density piece of foam. This also helped a little at first but now a year and a half later this mattress has again developed a sink hole in the center. It's even worse when my girl friend spends the night, we end up rolled into a very deep sink hole in the middle of the bed. I weigh 175 lbs. and my girl friend weighs 110 lbs. I was told the 3000 model would do just fine. This mattress may have reduced the pressure points that one finds with a inter-spring mattress but it falls way short when it comes to providing proper support. Oh yeah, good luck reinstalling the cover after rotating the memory foam without breaking the cheap zipper.
