Pros:absorbs super fast; totally non-greasy; inexpensive
Cons:Ladies, this is not the best moisturizer for shaved legs
The Bottom Line: I recommend this to folks who want a general, unscented lotions that absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feeling on skin.
My hands seem to be perpetually dry. Working in a hospital, I'm constantly washing my hands or using hand sanitizer, so that doesn't help. I have a plethora of lotions and creams setting around my bedroom and bathroom, and while I still have yet to find something fantastic, Suave Natural Oatmeal lotion has served me well.

What it is
Suave Skin Therapy Natural Oatmeal lotion contains natural colloidal oatmeal that is said to provide 24-hour moisturizing. It moisturizes to relieve and protect very dry skin.
The lotion comes in a 22.5 fl. oz. (665 mL) pump bottle. This is the "25% More Bonus" bottle, so that may not always be available. Normally it is 18 ounces.
The lotion itself is white and creamy, but not too thick. It comes out of the pump bottle with ease, though a full pump provides way more than what's needed just for hands.
Suave Natural Oatmeal lotion is a fragrance free moisturizer. While I do like scented lotions, I don't always want them, and generally don't want them on my hands. To me, this product has a generic "unscented" scent. Nothing noteworthy about the way it smells, it just is.
This lotion goes on smoothly and absorbs very fast. That is what I like best about it. You rub it in briefly, and that's it. No greasy feeling, no thick feeling, it just absorbs and you're done. That makes it perfect for hands, since I cannot stand having greasy-feeling hands from lotions. I can put a little on at home after washing my hands and be ready to use my mouse and keyboard in a matter of minutes without greasing up the keys.
As far as moisturization goes, for being an inexpensive lotion, it works well. I use it mostly for my hands, since it works so nicely for that. It keeps my hands from cracking in the winter from dryness, and keeps them feeling semi-smooth year-round. I try to always apply liberally before bed, too, which I feel is the best time to repair dry skin.
If used all over, it doesn't moisturize as well as my Bath and Body Works lotions, but it is okay. However, if I use it on my legs after shaving, I will see dry skin flakes a couple of hours later, so it's not the best for that usage.
Past Usage Story
About five or so years ago, I worked at a humane society and part of my job included cleaning cat and dog housing. The chemical we used was very harsh, as it was designed to kill any and all dog and cat diseases that sometimes even bleach won't kill. While I tried not to get too much on my hands, it was inevitable, and happened daily. I kept this exact kind of lotion in my locker, and nearly every time I passed my locker, I'd give my hands a little squirt. While my hands were still pretty dried out, I swear this lotion kept my hands from cracking and bleeding. Since it absorbed so fast, I was able to go right back to work and not feel like I'd just wasted the lotion.
It's a long list of chemicals, which I'm not fond of. Some noteworthy ingredients to point out are sunflower seed oil, glycerin, soybean oil, vitamins E and A, and of course, the oatmeal. The ingredients I rather dislike are disodium EDTA, white petrolatum (second on the list), methylparaben (a biggie), and a list of things I cannot pronounce.
Cost and Availability
Suave products are readily available and are inexpensive. This big bottle was no more than three dollars, which I found to be money well spent.
For a good hand lotion that is in no way greasy feeling, I'm pleased to recommend this product. For an all-over moisturizer that is unscented, it works well for the price.
