Pros: She has stopped licking or and biting at the treated areas.
Cons: larger bottle. More viscus fluid. thicker liquid. Applicator for spot treatment.
When I was a kid a dog "followed" me home. It was a little terrier mutt, anyway he was suffering from mange really bad. My mother--despite her ambivalance to animals--bought some Sulfadene. My sister and I coated that dog with it every time we thought about it. The mange cleared up in no time.
My dobie(?) mix is having problems with hot spots, and maybe flea bites although I recently treated the yard, and Sweetiebear. After treatment the red/hotspots go away so I am still sold on this stuff. I have tried other products, especially antiseptic sprays, but nothing does as much to help her as the Sulfadene.
My only problem is that this is a recurring issue.
