Cons: Non-exsistent customer service, units are made like garbage.

This is the worst piece of garbage I have ever run across.

While the pricing and the specs are great, the TV has no quality control what so ever.

I purchased the unit from Compusa on 1/1/06.

Yesterday, after bringing back 4 units, I gave up and got a refund.

The first unit had a bad speaker, the second had a terrible LCD leakage problem, the third looked great for 15 mins, then blew out, and the fourth lasted about 7 hours before the screen died.

I bought a Panasonic for more money, but I just couldn't keep bringing these units back.

If you do decide to buy one, MAKE SURE you buy an extended warranty...your going to need it!
