T-fal's Rebate Scam

Pros: fryer is alright

Cons: T-fal cons consumers, doesn't follow through on rebates

I sent in all of the materials requested for the rebate for the T-fal fryer. Yet, the rebate processing center sent me a postcard telling me they did not receive the UPC code (which is a lie). I e-mailed T-fal. T-fal told me to mail in the original UPC code. Obviously, I couldn't do this, because I already sent it to them! I used to work in retail, so I knew enough to make copies of everything I submitted. I'm sure I will get the rebate after complaining to the New Jersey Attorney General's office.

I will never buy a T-fal product again, rebate or no rebate.
