Thanks mate.
I'm wondering what "special" review to do for my 100th! There's a lot of W/Os under way already. But I feel like I should do something different for the 100th. Any ideas? Cheers!

envious of your opportunity to fly with unusual airlines!

Great review, as always; looking forward to your big 100 next.
