I've had two of these now and the same problems with both. I was hoping the new one would improve upon the design of the old one, but nope. As many others have commented already, the sprayer clogs and breaks. The clean/soapy water container is round so you have to hold it until it fills (though it doesn't take too long). Even with careful emptying and cleaning after each use, there are places that trap dirt and lint inside that can't be reached so never come clean--so it collects dirt, hair, and mold inside, stinks, and looks gross. The nozzle part is a bear to remove to clean--the little pressure buttons to eject the parts doesn't work, I break my nails and have to try using a screwdriver or something (risking breaking the plastic), yet still often have to ask my husband to get it off. The on/off button is in an awkward place, the hose is a bit too short, the water doesn't stay warm, and it's pretty noisy. It is very useful for pet messes--while it works!; but it is such a hassle to clean it, and the sprayer is so unreliable that I dread using it. It's a great idea and a product type I need very much (I have 6 cats who take turns barfing)--I just wish Bissell would produce a better product, fixing all these flaws!
