Pros:Nothing ever got stuck to the pans.
Cons:Plastic section of handles fell off every pot & pan.
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend anyone purchase these after our experience, unless they are exceedingly cheap.
My wife and I received this T-Fal pot & pan set in 2003. I believe it cost ~$100 from Bed Bath & Beyond at that time. It contains:

* 8.5" & 11" Saute Pans.
* 2 qt & 3 qt Sauce Pans with glass lids.
* 5 QT Stock Pot with glass lid.
* A few plastic utensils (spoon, ladle, spatula).
The cooking has been OK, but as we've acquired a few better frying pans over the past year I've come to see the cooking ability of these pans was merely adequate. Not great yet not bad... it covered the cooking basics.
The non-stick coating held up OK on 4 of the 5 pans, but started flaking on the one that had a boil-off incident. Technically that was my fault, but a single boil-off incident (lasting only a couple of minutes) seems like it should not have caused flaking within its first year of use. Other than that, the pans held up well with a lot of cooking & easy cleaning in the dishwasher... except the handles. The plastic part of the handles fell off the 5 qt pan in 2004, and the handles on the remaining pots/pans have proceeded to fall off in 2006. Without the plastic section of the handles, the pots/pans became nearly impossible to handle as the balance was off, and the metal parts were exceedingly hot.
On the positive side, nothing ever did stick to the Teflon coating and the glass lids never chipped or broke.
