First, we recently completed a rollout of SAP at my work....
Is there any software less intuitive than SAP? I'm pretty sure I could benefit from your training pkg.....

The going joke around my place of work is that SAP stands for Stop All Progress! It was a very steep learning curve for me, coming from an IBM AS 400 system that I really liked. It seemed like every function that they promised in the introduction all of a sudden is possible, but only if you buy a new module...
In any case, the SnagIt software reduced the question-and-answer periods for both myself and the IT guy, so it was well worth the money in that respect.
Thanks for the rating and comment!

It definitely works for me. I have had many long phone calls trying to explain to my father how to run defrag, remove software, check hardware configuration, etc. and it was very frustrating. Once I was able to send him an AVI file showing the pointer doing what needed to be done, it became much smoother.
Thanks for the comment and rating; I appreciate it.

I use Snag-it 5 at work quite a bit. It's nice to see a thorough review about the latest & greatest. Only thing I'd like to have seen is a comparison with older versions, but on the other hand, I know enough about both products now I can do that on my own. Good job!
