I think most people have eaten graham crackers during their life. I ate them and I bought them for my children. Nowadays they have different varieties of graham crackers, not just the plain boring square ones. One variety of crackers we enjoy is the Teddy Grahams Honey Go Paks! in the 3.25 ounce container.

The Teddy Grahams Honey comes in a plastic, recyclable cup. The cup is bright and colorful. There is a yellow pop off top which is easy to get on and off. There is a foil top covering over the top of the cup that needs to be removed before eating. Once this is removed you can place the top back on and store for later. I like the Go Paks because they are easy to take with you. You can take them in the car or put them in your lunch. The Go Paks fit right in your cup holder. I keep a few packs at my desk as I eat them for breakfast at times and for snacks.  The Go Paks are durable but if you step on them they will smash.

The Teddy Grahams Honey Go Paks are great for children too. They are easy for them to take with them and the Teddy Grahams are small enough for them to easily pick up and eat. There are 24 Teddy Grahams in a container. Each graham cracker is shaped like a bear and they taste like a honey graham cracker. They are a good source of calcium, iron and zinc. They are made by Nabisco.

There are three servings in a container of Teddy Grahams Honey. If you eat the whole container like I normally do there are 400 calories in the entire package with 110 of them coming from fat. There are 13 g of total fat, 300 mg of sodium, 160 mg of potassium, 69 g of total carbs with 25 g coming from sugar and 5 g of protein.  I will admit I always thought these were good for me but with looking at these figures, I certainly should not be eating the whole container in one sitting. They are really high in carbs. For a child, 8 of these Teddy Grahams would probably be enough (which is one serving) but for me and my boys, 8 bears do not fill me up.

The ingredients in Teddy Grahams Honey are unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin b1}, riboflavin {vitamin b2}, folic acid), sugar, graham flour (whole grain wheat flour), soybean oil and/or partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, dextrose, honey, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate (source of calcium), salt, baking soda, soy lecithin, zinc oxide (source of zinc), and reduced iron. Teddy Grahams also come in boxes and in other flavors like chocolate and cinnamon. Teddy Grahams are cheaper if you buy the box but I like the convenience of the Go Paks. I like them too because they store well and stay fresh.

Teddy Grahams Honey can be found at most grocery stores in the cookie aisle. I wait until they go on sale for a dollar and then I pick up a few containers.
