| hendrickx's Full Review: Teeter Hang Ups F5000 Inversion Table |
I've never known a day without back pain. At one point it became so bad, I was afraid I'd not be able to walk by the time I was 20. 20! Can you imagine?
I started going to a chiropractor on a regular basis, $25 a pop, 2-3 times a month, gets expensive! Well, when I moved across the country, I just suffered along until it flared up and got worse again.
I bought a Teeter Hang-Ups F5000 inversion table. I've used it for a total of two hours of use in two days, it feels so good!
Your results may vary due to health conditions, and physical ability. Please check with a doctor before using. Follow all instructions. Risks include entrapment, pinched body parts, and falling out -- which would hurt.
I will say I've gone to full inversion. I hurt myself, since I did so too quickly. I find the included ankle clamps comfortable enough to use regularly, but not for extended periods. At angles of 40 degrees or less, they're fine, and this is what most back pain sufferers would most likely use. If you plan on doing fully inverted exercises for long periods of time, then you may want the gravity boots and CV bar. Otherwise, you'll be fine with the included clamps which are surprisingly secure.
