Great Mattress But I Think The Premium Is Not So Great!

Pros: The memory foam concept great! No problems for me with the sheets!
Cons: Price, A little steep compared to similar beds out there.
The Bottom Line: My mattress is great! Recommended! You may be able to save alot of cash on similar products.

The whole concept of the memory foam molding to your every curve I know was marketed very well by Tempurpedic since the beginning (early 90’s?). I have to say, there are similar beds that I found after the fact that I bought the Tempurpedic that seem to be the exact material, thickness and pretty close to the feel of my bed – for almost HALF the price!
That being said, I would not go back to sleeping on a regular coil mattress nor would I return my mattress after sleeping on it for 3 months now. But you may shop around and make sure to try out similar beds as you might be able to save a few hundred dollars.
As far as the complaints on sheets go, I struck out (Walmart) and then I lucked out with these guys http://www.thefurnitureshack.biz/sheets/deep_pocket_sheets.htm the shop sells deep pocket sheets specifically for certain Tempurpedic models. The only thing is the color selections are not that great but boy do the sheets fit great!
So, I do recommend the mattress highly (the visco material at least). You also have the comfort guarantee but there are stipulations with it. I sleep great on mine! Grade = Sold B+
