Hello We just bought a tempurpedic Celebrity mattress and are experienceing the same issue with coversheet for mattress, where you ever able to resolve the issue with customer support of mattress company on them shipping you a free cover sheet that resolve the issue of sticking to sheets. as we now are going through what you were going throw, and we too feel its not fare to pay extra ontop of the 4000$ we bought the mattress for. thanks Neil

Hi, great review. I just recieved a Celebrity King yesterday, and my wife and I both found it MUCH firmer than we had felt in the store. in fact, it didn't seem to have any play in it at all. Does this mattress soften up, or what?

Thank you for addressing the sheet issue. We received our Celebrity just two weeks ago and LOVE it...EXCEPT the sheet issue.
My question is this...what exactly was your email to Tempur-pedic to get the cover? When I called tempurpedic customer service the lady tried to sell me a $69 cover but I politely shared my view that it was a design flaw of the tempurpedic and I didn't feel that I should have to pay for a cover to correct their flaw. She gave me the number to "retention" and I'll call them tomorrow (6 March).
I'm hoping I can get your information before I call so that I have "the magic words".

Glad to read that you're so pleased with your Tempur-Pedic. Nothing like a great night's sleep, that's for sure.
I did have a couple questions remaining, and I think consumers doing research may benefit from the answers as well.
Do you need to flip or rotate this mattress? Especially being a king size, that can be quite a chore. If you do need to flip or rotate, are there handles to assist this process? Do you need any special foundation for this mattress? How does this do with regard to motion transfer?
