Cons: If any it would probably be the price.
The Bottom Line: Very good, BUY ONE and you will have nothing to gain but a BETTER NIGHT'S SLEEP!

After many years on multiple innerspring mattresses, I finally bought a Tempur Pedic. My model is the Original Bed and it is the least expensive of all Tempur Pedic's beds. It was at my house within 13 buisness days and I couldn't wait to try it out. At first it was hard from being out in the cold, but after an hour it was fine.
My first night sleeping on it was amazing, NO MORE BACK PAIN! I fell asleep fast and it was very comfortable. There are some rumors going around saying that the Tempur Pedic will make you hot in the night and you will not be able to move around easily. Both of these rumors are FALSE. The memory foam supports and cradles you but allows you to move if you please. Also, the TEMPUR PEDIC does not make you feel hot and uncomfortable.
The Original Bed by Tempur Pedic has two layers. The first layer consists of 3 inches of 5.3lb per cubic foot TEMPUR foam. The other layer is a base foam (conventional foam). In all the mattress is 8 inches thick. Both of these foams work together to provide proper spinal allignment and give you the best sleep you can get. One thing I like about the Tempur Pedic mattress besides it's comfort is how it affects the way you sleep. It is proven to give you more REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. REM sleep is the dreaming stage of sleep. It is the deep restorative stage of sleep that we all need to function the next day. All in all, this mattress was a great investment. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from back pain or people who have problems sleeping at night.
