Cons: Takes a set, difficult (heavy) to rotate, uncomfortable, expensive.
The Bottom Line: If a good night's sleep and feeling refreshed in the morning is important to you then look elsewhere for a mattress because this one will become extremely uncomfortable over time.

Don't let anyone tell you that a TempurPedic mattress won't take a "set." I wasted over $3K on a king size TempurPedic mattress set and it has developed depressions where my wife and I lay. It's literally impossible to roll toward the middle of the mattress to change sleeping positions during the night because it forces you to roll right back toward the mattress outer edge where the depressions are. I thought I was buying a product that was supposed to deliver an excellent night's sleep...nothing could be farther from the truth. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up tired with a sore back every morning because you can't get a good night's sleep.
Trying to get any satisfaction thru the TempurPedic warranty has been fruitless. I asked for a company rep (store where I purchased the TempurPedic set is 2 miles from my house) to inspect my mattress (at my expense) and reply to the company but was refused. Warranty department preferred I send pictures because as they stated...we can tell more about our product from a picture than what the salesmen know.(paraphrase). So, I sent pictures but they responded that they were inconclusive. So, I sent another set using a straight edge to show the depressions and the "hump" in the mattress middle. Again, their response was that the pictures were inconclusive. What a bunch of baloney! I took the pictures to the store and showed them to my salesman and even he said there was a problem.
