Get lost in this one by spenheiter | Jan 11, 2002 Pros: Evocative language and hearty storytelling. A true American novel. Cons: The characterization of Native Americans is a bit antiquated and may offend some readers.

Very good first try (Reply to this comment)

However, even though the tips tell you not to write out the plot, you will find that you get better ratings if you do. (Of course you shouldn't go on and on about plot and nothing about writer's style either!!) I know I don't buy a book without knowing what it is about. I think you should at least reveal what genre this is (e.g., romance, historical, etc.). A few sentences about what the plot is and what the goals of the characters are. Readers also like to know the level of foul language, sex, etc., and suitability for different age groups. Hope these tips are helpful! Keep up the good work!
