When everyone thinks of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints they think of the Mormons. The Mormons got that name from a book called the Book of Mormon. In the Mormon Church they read both the Bible and the book of Mormon. The Church believes that both books are from God and should be read. If you read both book you will see they have the same teachings. I personally believe that the Book of Mormon is a lot easier to understand than the Bible. The Book of Mormon is a book that was written by the prophets of old that lived in the American continent. It contains teachings from Jesus Christ. The book is not only important to the Mormon Church but important to all. In the book it teaches us how to be better people. I have read the book and have seen these things. It has helped me become a better person. It has taught me Christ-like qualities that I am working. It is not boring at all. I have read it over and over many times and still love to read it. This book also has great stories for the whole family. Great stories of action, righteousness to God, love for your neighbor. If you read this book with an open mind you will love it.
