Pros: Delicious and eclectic menu, great service, excellent location, atmosphere to die for.
Cons: None, except that sometimes it is hard to get in (make reservations!)
The Bottom Line: Again, excellent food and great ambiance. What more could you want?

Though I can't afford to eat here all the time, it sure would be nice if I could. Ivy at the Short is THAT good! Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, it’s trendy. But you won’t leave feeling dissatisfied or disappointed, believe me.
Regarding famous people: I've seen at least one famous person every time I've gone to the restaurant... an added fun bonus, especially if you have out-of-town guests that you want to entertain. But beware! No photos are allowed, so don't even THINK about bringing a camera inside. Admire them, but leave ‘em alone to enjoy their meals.
Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to eat, drink, and be merry. You don't want to rush a meal at The Ivy! This is not the kind of place to go if you are in a hurry, so take it slow and enjoy. Bon Appetite/Bon Gusto!
