From the description of the book, I don't care to read it (just too much action per explanation quotient, it sounds). But then, from your praise of Corris's ability to move the story quickly and expertly along using few words, well, perhaps I NEED to read this story. I like to read a lot of long-winded authors, and thus I myself am too long-winded. I need to find some of those good writers who don't waste one extra word, but still manage to fill my mind with images while I'm reading.
So thanks for a Very Helpful review, but one which will not help me decide whether to read or not to read because of my OWN confusion! Sheesh!
