ncpunk1010's Full Review: The Legend Of Zelda: Majora'S Mask for Nintendo 64
First off, this game is the second of two Zelda games that Nintendo came out with. This game has a very different storyline than the first. You must stop the Skull Kid from wreaking evil upon the world. You have three days to stop the moon from falling and you can basically travel through time to give you more time to complete your quest. You must converse with a large array of people along the way to gain items and masks. The numerous masks that you must find during the course of the game each have a different power and effect on the game and people in the game. The game is fairly linear in the beginning and that helps you get used to the gameplay but it soon takes a huge turn and you're left to explore and discover the surrounding world.
If you like hard games, this one's for you. It is one of the most challenging games I've played in quite a while. You must do a good amount of exploration and discovery to unlock parts of the game and the idea of masks that have diffent powers is very cool. Three of the masks (the main ones) change link into three different characters that each have different powers and attributes. This is very good because it keeps the game always changing. You don't have to stay the same character the whole game. Everywhere you get to be different characters and that is very fun and very different from alot of games.
I definately recommend this game. It's a classic Zelda game which takes time and effort, but is very rewarding in the end when you've beat the game.
