As an avid outdoorsman (camp counselor, backpacker, natural resources student) I spend a lot of time in a sleeping bag. This bag was wonderful when I received it on Christmas day and I slept on the living room floor. Then I decided to test it out in northern Idaho and realized it was a terrible bag. Now I have owned it for 3 years or so and every night has gotten worse. This bag is not a 20 degree bag, or even a 30. I asked for this bag because of the wonderful reviews and its price. Dont be fooled. You are only paying for a name. TNF used to be a wonderful company but I am no longer buying gear from them. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a down bag- you won't need to replace it in a year and if you are smart you can keep it dry, they last forever. Please do not buy this bag, leave it for the yuppie car camper.
