My hair is very thick, yet fine, so I have always used a leave-in spray conditioner to help eliminate the many tangles that form when I wash my hair. I also blow-dry my hair on a regular basis, so I a few years ago, I decided to try Thermasilk Leave-in Conditioner. For those who may not know, Thermasilk products are "heat activated" to improve the look of hair that is styled with heat such as hair dryers and heated styling aids.
The Package
Possibly one of the things that attracted me to Thermasilk was the attractive bottles. I love purple, and all of the products come in purple bottles. The leave-in mist conditioner comes in a light purple bottle with some dark purple and light green accents. It's your typical spray bottle that holds 10.5 ounces of conditioner. I usually find it at Wal-Mart for less than 3 bucks.

The Claim
According to the bottle, the Thermasilk leave-in conditioner is heat-activated to help improve hair manageability without weighing hair down. It leaves hair shiny, and contains UV protectants and anti-oxidants for protection.
Usage
This stuff can be sprayed on wet or dry hair. I find that it works best on wet, freshly washed hair. It is not to be rinsed out, hence the "leave-in" part. Sometimes I use it on the ends of my dry hair when I roll it with hot rollers. Since I have terrible tangles after washing, I simply spray it all over to detangle. If I have a real nasty tangle, I just spray a little more in the troublesome spot. It is definitely lightweight, and doesn't feel like a film on the my hair. As a detangler, the product is excellent. I don't know that my hair is actually any shinier due to using this product, but I do think that it works as a good moisturizer since my hair doesn't appear dried out despite the blow-dryer and hot rollers I use daily.
Overall Recommendation
A bottle of the Thermasilk Leave-in Conditioner lasts me probably a month or so. It has a light, clean scent, and it keeps my hair moist in spite of the constant blow-drying and hot rolling I do. For less than $3 a bottle, I am tangle free, and I would recommend this product to anyone with tangles or dry hair.
