Ti Couz makes the best crepes(Bretagne style) that I have had in the Bay Area, with no exception. Whether you like them savory--try the mushroom and cheese--or sweet--I am partial to coconut, banana and chocolate--their crepes are divine. I've tasted a number of their other crepes and have never found a duffer. (The chestnut remains in my memory as very special). They are large, too; I usually have to give away a portion of mine at the end of the meal, as I am stuffed to the gills.
I've never either had soup or salad there, as the crepes are simply to good to pass up.
The decor is very much in character and nicely done, but it is not a place to bring a large group of people. Better go with 1 or 2 or just yourself. Unless you go offpeak, it's pretty noisy, but it can feel much cozier at other hours, although it never feels truly private if you're looking for a really intimate tete-a-tete.
Do not go at normal dinner time, unless you have to eat there at that time on that day, or unless you have a masochistic love of long waits. Go at 5 or very late, and you'll have no wait at all. Take BART, expect to walk, or to take a while to find parking, too.
All in all, a great place.
