| kelbjones's Full Review: Tiny Love Symphony Animal Mobile |
My wife bought two of these mobiles for our twin girls. We used one while they were both in one crib. When it came time to move to two cribs, we discovered that the other mobile didn't work.
It would play music, but not spin. We called and Tiny Love sent us a replacement motor arm, but part of the plastic had broken during shipment. They boxed the second replacement and it worked fine, but only if placed in a certain position.
With the second mobile now working we were frustrated when the first one decided to die. It will play music, but not spin no matter what position you hold it in.
When we encountered all of these problems we never noticed anything that looked like it was broken and couldn't find a way to remedy our situation other than waiting for several days for replacement parts to arrive.
I like the mobile, but we need something more reliable and we'll be replacing these mobiles soon.
As far as the music goes, it does get a bit repetitive, but most baby items that make noises are going to be repetitive. If this is a major concern of yours, you may want to consider a CD player, I've seen some advertised specifically for nurseries.
