hondadalton's Full Review: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 for PlayStation 2
I have always loved extreme sports games and I'll have to say that Activision really did a great job on this one. on Tony hawks Pro Skater 4 you have the chance too be one of a list of pro skateboarders, including Tony Hawk, Steve Cabellero, Bam Margera, Geoff Rowley, Bucky Lasek, and Bob Burquist is back for this one(he wasn't in THPS3). In this game you have to do a carreer where you are in the very huge levels and you have to complete the challenges given to you. Some of the challenges are very easy and some are really hard. Unlike the first three THPS games you do not have a time limit while you are in the levels but you are given a time limit when you are completing objectives.For example i'am riding through a level of the game as one of the skaters and I pass some one and talk to them, they tell me that I have something to do and then It gives me a Time limit to complete the objective and once the time limit is up I remain in the level.The multiplayer is pretty good, it has a new mode called Combo-Mombo where you have to see who can get the highest combo.The unlockable players in the game are Eddie, Mike Vallely, and Jango Fett.
