friendly_jacek's Full Review: Topeak Panoram Wireless Cycle Computer
I just got a new bike and instead of transferring my trusty old panoram (wired) from the older bike that goes to my kids, I just got the wireless one.
After using the bulletproof panoram for a few years I went to the trouble of finding another one on ebay.
I totally agree with the follow reviewers. This a great piece with beautiful and easy to read display.
Works just like advertised. Cannot comment on the battery life but the wired one still goes strong on the factory battery (2-3 years).
Installation of the wireless was extremely easy (nice improvement compared to wired). Setting was easy as I am familiar with the model (works identical). However, you will need the manual to change some settings and mini manual with common functions is nicely printed on the back of the unit. You can also download the manual from the net.
Some people complain about the size, but to me the size is the beauty of this beast; believe me, you don't want to squint for small numbers when you are going fast.
In summary, this is a great large display bike computer with easy to read display and bulletproof reliability. Get it if you can. I personally prefer this vs. the newer V12 panoram. The wired version is also great but harder to mount (of course).
