Pros: The set worked fine until it went black. Nine months is not acceptable.

Cons: Everything, at this point. Toshiba does not seem interested in keeping me as a customer.

My 32" LCD went out on Fathers Day. (Black Screen)
It was less than nine months old and still under warranty.
Now it is the first week of August, and Toshiba still can't tell their Authorized local service center when they can expect to receive the LCD panel to repair it.
They are as frustrated as I am.

I've spoken to Toshiba several times, and they obviously don't care.
After a reasonable amount of time a reputable manufacturer would have either replaced the set or sent me a voucher for the 880.00 purchase price.

I will never buy another Toshiba product
