worsttvever's Full Review: Toshiba 62HM95 62 in. HDTV DLP TV
So- it's been three weeks now since I talked to Toshiba about my lamp going out. The lamp arrived 9 days later but guess what? It didn't work! I called the same day and now, 14 days later, they can't tell me the status. The people at customer service are RUDE too... Well, when the part does arrive, a technician will have to come and install it- and that takes a week (at least) for an appointment. So I'm looking at another 2 weeks minimum. Who knows if this part will even be what's wrong with it?? I have learned one thing- I have been taking a TV (and quality products) for granted. I wish Toshiba would come pick it up and give me my money back, since I'm still having to pay for cable and pay the TV off too...
