Pros: Toshiba quality. Affordability. Compactness. Style. Connectivity options and ease. User friendliness. Media compatibility.
Cons: CD-RW incompatibility(?). (But CD-Rs are OKAY!). No "automatic" (i.e., continuous) track-number display.

It appears that this review was well researched.
I feel comfortable with this reviewers information to help me decide as to why I should buy this product.
The information about the buttons on the remote is certainly helpful and has helped me to decide not to buy this item. I hope that the engineers who designed the remote will read this and design a more user friendly remote in the future. I am a klutz with a remote (my 15 yr old son tells me) and I'll admit it. I need the separation of buttons and the color coding unless I hold it 4 inches from my eyes.
