This DVD player was priced right in my range. In fact, SD-3109 offers more features than any other than the other ones at similar prices.

I really like the the dual tray (unless you don't have a amplifier-receiver with 5.1 or DTS) since you can be a total couch potato and watch two movies back to back without getting up. You can also keep a great music CD in the lower tray so you can play it whenever you want.

The remote control is only basic.

The picture quality is wonderful and flawless digital sound makes movies come alive.

One strange thing is with the buttons, although I got used to it quickly. If you hold the skip button for a moment it goes to 2x, hit it again, it fast forwards to 8x, and one more for 30x.

Buy it, you'll like it.
