I don't want to mislead you but I bought my 1955-s801 and it was shipped with the wireless mouse that never worked from day one. Also it had a crack in the plastic outer console beside the keyboard that got bigger. Now, it is on my shelf, I am unable to use it because it switches off unexpectedly, I suspect the cooling system has failed.
This has worried me about the quality and Toshiba doesn't want to replace this defective unit. Other people who have bought the S801 didn't have this problem. Why does mine have it?
