Pros: Little impact on joints, fast , minimal adjustments. harder than you think.
Cons: length of machine, doesnt do all exercises well, but that can be said of all machines.

Cost was about 600 new,but total gym was getting rid of these and making room for the 14000,mines is an 11000.
the length is just a bit long for my 1 car garage, the exercises are no problem
fantastic machine.

Cost and length? (Reply to this comment)

What was the approx. cost of the machine, if you recall? You said the length of the machine is a problem. In what way? Was it that it took up too much room, or was it that it wasn't long enough for you to do some exercises with complete movements? If it was the latter, how tall are you? That is...would it be long enough for someone shorter than you are? Just wondering about these specifics, but the review was helpful, in any case.

I've enjoyed my Total Gym since early 1998. Very versatile machines!
